Hillarys mixes big family homes on the hill with newer apartments and townhouses around Sorrento Quay and the marina, and each type moves differently. Moving with Mojo's is based ten minutes inland in Woodvale and handles both: the four-bedroom house with the boat gear in the garage, and the two-bedroom apartment with a lift booking and a loading bay to manage.
Apartment moves around the marina need a plan before the truck arrives. We check the lift and loading-dock rules with you, book the window if the building needs one, and run the move so the lift is never tied up longer than it has to be.
For the houses up the hill it is usually about volume: outdoor furniture, surfboards, the second fridge and everything the kids have accumulated. Two movers, one truck loaded properly, and the whole house moves in one run.

We charge $160 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, two movers and all the equipment included. The clock runs from arrival until the truck is back at base in Woodvale, around ten minutes from Hillarys. Jobs under two hours, like a single item or a few pieces, get a set price instead.
Yes. We do lift and loading-dock moves regularly. Tell us the building name when you enquire so we can check its rules and book the lift window if it needs one.
